Greetings,
will Badaboom support any other input-/output formats (like divx, xvid, mpeg4 ...) in the future? In my opinion this would be very usefull for people who wants to convert videos not only for mobile devices!

MPEG4 (Xvid) output?
Hi, this software is just the sort of thing I'm looking for to convert media that isn't quite correctly encoded for my media player HDD. It is a Rapsody, but there are many other HDD enclosures using the same spec chipset. All I need is a correctly encoded Xvid or DivX file with mp3 audio and be able to set the dimensions and frequencies. Fancy extensions like QPEL aren't supported so don't make that an enforced setting in keeping with your aim for high quality output please.
Currently on a reasonably modern PC I can run three or four instances of the conversion program I use at once (to convert 3 or 4 files) without affecting individual performance, but they all take almost real-time to convert their files regardless. Most of the time I only have one file to convert though, and that can't be multithreaded with current apps. Your software would be great... if it supported more than just iPOD output.
Cheers,
Damian
The .dvr-ms format would be
The .dvr-ms format would be handy so we could convert Windows Vista Media Center files :)
Also files like .wmv and stuff :P
Re: The .dvr-ms format would be
Additional formats are on the top of our list right now and Badaboom will support more in the next version of Badaboom released. We don't have a nailed down timeline, but it won't be too long.
