Xbox 360 Profile encodes not working on the Xbox 360

I'm encoding with the xbox 360 profile, but the files don't work on my xbox 360. All the files encoded are way below 4GBs and I tried using both main and baseline profiles, but get the same result. These files however, playback well in WMP 11 and VLC.

Am I the only one with this problem, and what can I do to fix it. I'm so angry 'cause I was just about to buy the full version of the program when I came across this problem.

File Size (> 4GB)

The file cannot, under any circumstances, be larger than 4GB -- unless it is a native WMV/WMV-HD format. This goes for all other file types (e.g. MP4, AVI, Divx, etc).

Try limiting the file to <=4.0GB.

I was able to get my files

I was able to get my files working on my Xbox360 by cxhanging the extension to .avi

No you are not the only one. I too cannot no matter what I do get this software to work. Really a shame.
