Badaboom didn't start on Windows 7

I installed badaboom and when i opened it there is nothing opening !!
I tried to open in compatibility mode and he throw me a error "" Unable to open Defaults.xml file ""
I have the beta drivers from Nvidia , and Windows 7 beta 7057( 32 bit ), and a GeForce 9600 GT !
Please help me !!

with the release of new nvidia drivers all works just fine and without compatibility modes !!!

I've also got a problem with win7 (x64 built 7068)
my error is:
Access violation at 0x044B3720 (tried to read from 0x0C000014), program terminated.
