First, remember to check the User Guide that installed with Badaboom for known issues.  Look for the files here: Start Menu-->Badaboom2-->Log Files.  Collect those and send them to us with the description of the problem (including system description) as an email with the subject "Badaboom Bug Report" to support@elementaltechnologies.com.

Please also include:

1) File type (name and extension) and size.

2) Source (DVD, etc...).

3) Output device chosen.

4) If defaults were changed, which settings you have selected.
