We recommend you not play a game while simultaneously running Badaboom. Playing a game tends to hinder Badaboom's overall performance. If the urge is too great and you must play a game, to run Badaboom effectively make sure you start the game first before running Badaboom and keep the game in its own window (rather than take up the whole screen).
Badaboom seems to struggle when I run it while playing a game. Why?Submitted by Eli on Tue, 08/12/2008 - 10:16 |

This also applies to Folding@Home
Running other CUDA applications such as Folding@Home will dramatically slow the throughput of Badaboom, even though Folding@Home has a low CPU priority. Suggestion: Don't do it.
