In general, Badaboom picks the first valid CUDA GPU that has a desktop enabled in the system and will transcode using one GPU. If you have multiple GPUs, you will be able to select which one you would like to use for transcode.  However, Badaboom 2.0, unlike previous versions of Badaboom, only supports a single instance of the application.
