Usually the cause of the Internal Application Error is that you are trying to write a file to a root directory, so please make sure you are writing the output files to a folder, not a root drive. Then it should work just fine.

There have been reported compatibility issues with Badaboom 2.0 and NVIDIA 8800 graphics cards.  If you are a user experiencing problems with Badaboom 2.0 and one of these cards, you can trying unchecking the "Graphics Acceleration" checkbox in the Advanced menu under Hardware and Badaboom 2.0 should transcode.

At this time, there is no schedule for a fix for this issue.  As always, we highly recommend trying Badaboom's fully functional free trial before puchasing the software. You can download it at the "Download Now" link above.

How do I include subtitles in the transcoded movie?

It's no secret that I have been a vocal opponent to any fee to upgrade for returning customers, however, I feel that your GOOD-FAITH $25 off is a real step in the right direction and thank you. I am not totally unreasonable and realize the hard work and effort you put into this wonderful product and am willing to pay the $14.99 for the upgrade. I have a couple of questions... how will we get our "CODE" for the discount...and how will we upgrade?? Will it upgrade automatically through the program of do we have to uninstall the old and download the new?? Also, your blog notes that fermi 100 + 110 cards are supported, does this also include 104 + 114 cards as well....I just upgraded to a gtx 560 ti card?? Thank for all the hard work and I am looking forward to finally being able to use my software again....its been far to long.

Unheard of and unread anywhere if this is one time buy or we have to pay up again and again for major upgrades?

Badaboom 2.0 supports English-only.

Check out the Nvidia website: http://www.nvidia.com/object/cuda_learn_products.html for a list of all CUDA enabled GPU video cards that will work with Badaboom!  Hopefully this will help if you have any questions about whether or not your system will work.  You can of course, always download the trial and try it out, but hopefully this will help as well.

We all love Apple. But their naming conventions for the iPods could be better.  As such, some of the older generations of iPods have a different maximum video bitrate than the newer iPods.  Below is a tech spec list I pulled off the Apple website that hopefully will clear up a little confusion on what settings to use with your iPods with Badaboom.  Please let me know if there's anything else that would be very helpful to add!  (please note that this is video bitrate only.
